UFV and United Way host the annual Employee Breakfast Virtually
We conducted a fabulous UFV/United Way Employee Breakfast Cook-Off earlier this week and a heartfelt congratulations to our winning chef, Dr. Lenore Newman! For those who registered but couldn’t attend, you can view the recording here. And you’ll want to. It was HILARIOUS.
This holiday season join us in giving back to UFV students facing financial challenges. It’s a wonderful feeling to make a difference, to know you’ve helped others, solved a problem, changed a life. A UFV education is transformational in more ways than one. Our students develop the knowledge, skills, and practical experience that prepare them for careers that help make a meaningful difference in our communities. The ripple effect of your kindness and generosity is truly exponential.
If you are able, please consider a donation to support the UFV Student Emergency Fund, the United Way, or both. Visit giving.ufv.ca to make a donation online.
The campaign runs until Giving Tuesday, December 1. All gifts will be matched, doubling your impact. Employees already donating through payroll deduction or redirection of parking fees will be included in the match. And all donors will be entered in a draw to win one of three $25 gift cards on December 3rd, otherwise known as Thankful Thursday.
We would like to thank you for considering a gift to support UFV students who are struggling financially as a result of COVID-19. You can make a difference by enabling access to education during this difficult year.
