At UFV, every act of generosity—large or small—adds up to create meaningful opportunities for learners who are shaping the future of our communities.

The ones who show up early, stay late, and bring courage, curiosity, and heart into every classroom, court, lab, and studio. This fall, our UFV community helped lift them higher.

Cascades Giving Day rallied our community in an extraordinary way. Together, we raised $134,108 in support of UFV student-athletes who lead with discipline, teamwork, and spirit. These contributions help them train, compete, learn, and grow as leaders on and off the field.

During Giving Tuesday, the focus turned to learners across every program. Our community raised $21,436 for the UFV Community Annual Bursary and other vital areas of support which provide meaningful assistance to students who face financial barriers. This collective support shows learners that their community believes in their potential to be Changemakers.

This fall, giving was about more than fundraising. It was about contributing to a movement of shared purpose. It reminded UFV learners that they are not alone, that their goals matter, and that their persistence strengthens the communities they will one day lead.
